Chocolate- sinfully delighting

80, 60, 20, 10 or 5—whatever your age, you cannot, not be in love with the amazingly delicious food called Chocolate.
Since the inception of chocolate mankind has proved time and again that life can be possible on Mars but not without chocolate. Made out of Cacao, Chocolate has played an essential part in the existence and sustenance of mankind.
Chocolate has had the record of curing the incurable. Injury to unemployment, heartbreak to natural disaster, chocolate ensured mankind survived through all. Chocolate was there when we came first in class. Chocolate was also the means of celebration when we stood first in sports. We had chocolates to calm us down before the presentation that ensured our promotion. The promotion party ended with chocolates too. Birthday, anniversary or just a party chocolates rule. Whenever we cried chocolates shared our tears, whenever we laughed chocolates smiled with us. Would the night-out with my best buddy been the same had the chocolate not warmed up the ambience? Would the first kiss have been that magical if the chocolate fight was not there? Would the Rakhi been that magical if the gift had not incorporated chocolate?
A small percentage might disagree. Chocolates have also been ranked high in the foods to avoid list.  Some may also call it the special occasion food.  Grown-ups have looked sinfully at chocolates fighting furiously to resist the urge to have one. Was it all that necessary? It’s just one life right? Why fight the delicacies? Struggles and problems can always be a part of life. Why then not indulge and make it better?
Research has proven that the secret ingredient in Chocolate might actually benefit you. The fat storage in one’s body can be limited with the help of this bean called Cacao. Cell protection, improved circulation and building up mood come as an extra always.
Nutritionists these days have come up with the opinion that eating dark chocolate actually helps in the process of having a fit and healthy body. Dark Chocolate contains high amounts of potassium, magnesium, copper and iron. Vitamins and minerals are found in abundance in this sin.
Dark chocolate reduces ageing with the vast amount of antioxidants that it consists of. It helps free your body of free radicals that is responsible for ageing and cell damage.
Dark chocolate helps refines your blood flow while also lowering your blood pressure. Putting your cholesterol levels down also comes in dark chocolate, as with refined blood flow the possibility of preventing the hardening the arteries and the possibility o developing blood clots also falls.
It has been a proven that cyclists that maintained a two-week course of inclusion of dark chocolate in their diet had more calories burned with the amount of production of free radicals in the body also being high.
Not to mention the release of endorphins by ones brain as a result of Phenulethymine that has continued to spread happiness all over the world since time unknown.
One just has to make sure that the chocolate you are choosing is low of fat and sugar while being high on cacao. In fact any bar that contains more than 70% of Cacao can only help you get healthy.
Well, the next natural question would be—Really? Chocolate does all this? How? That’s because it’s made of a fruit. In Central and South America ON the river basins of Oronoco and Amazon is found the Cacao fruit.  This fruit comes with a package of more than one strong and healthy nutrient. Theobromine being one of them is said to soothing to the mental stimulants.  Cacao also consists of Trictophyan, the amino-acid which promotes relaxation.
So next time you find a bar of chocolate calling you, don’t resist. Go on indulge. After all, life is too short to resist temptations.
